Thank you for booking Balosegha accommodation.
YOUR ROOM NUMBER WILL BE ON YOUR INVOICE WHICH WILL BE SENT LATER. If there are 2 beds/rooms showing on your invoice, the correct place to stay will be the first.

The aim is to assist you pass your plab exam with other doctors using our mannikin, otoscope and ophthalmoscope for daily practice in a COMMUNUAL accommodation with needs provided at a cheap nightly rate.

Kindly call/text Bobbi +44 7876 860146 to notify him of your arrival time the day before arrival.
Check-in is STRICTLY from 3pm (kindly note, we do not accept demands to check in earlier and please avoid making these requests to our staff) and check out is before 11am. Security deposit will be forfeited outside of these times.
Unused nights are not transferrable to other dates.

REFUND POLICY- Full refund and partial refunds (less admin fees of £25) ONLY for visa refusal and cancellation made at least 2 weeks before arrival.
All your property are kept at your own risk, we do not take responsibility for any lost items in the house including covid kits.
Keep ALL areas of the house clean and tidy at all times
No SMOKING. Anyone found smoking will be fined £50 for first offence and eviction for any subsequent act of smoking
Untidy room/house/kitchen £30
Lost or unreturned keys £30
Late check out - £35
Eating in the room- £10 per occurrences
Stained linen- £35
Bringing in an unauthorised visitor-£100
Authorized guests attract a charge of £20-30 per night with information given 24hours before arrival.
These fines will be deducted from the security deposit.
NOTE: All extra fines will be charged to the payment card related to the offender's account.

A single flat rate of £50 would be charged once for cleaning.

Keep all food in the cupboards, any food left on the kitchen work top would be discarded by the cleaners.
Any damage MUST be reported immediately and you will be charged for such damages.
Bin bags inside the house should be changed when full and the full bin bags disposed in the large bin outside accordingly.
Kindly desist from any form of entitlement attitude.

VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY LEAD TO A LEGAL ACTION OR A FORMAL COMPLAINT

Booking Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled within the 14 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.
