What is your refund policy?
Full or partial refund (less £25 admin fees) and change of dates are ONLY possible if cancelled or changed more than 2 weeks to arrival AND for visa refusal or extenuating circumstances. Change of dates are allowed but once. Admin fees is also chargeable for any requests for change of room or house.

Can you support my visa application?
Yes, Balosegha will provide you Letter of Support for Visa application for a small charge. Following receipt of letter of support to embassy, booking cannot be cancelled but change of dates will be considered based on availability.

Can I cook at your accommodation?
Yes, as we have fully equipped kitchens.
Any minimum number of booking?
No minimum number of nights. If you need less than 6 nights, kindly email balosegha@yahoo.com for consideration as we are very flexible.

How close to Samson academy are your houses?
Most of our houses are walking distances to samson academy. The others are a bus away. Get weekly bus pass (£19)to save cost.
House cleaning and bedding
Weekly cleaning of common spaces by professional cleaners.
Your room will be cleaned for your stay. You have access to vacuum cleaners, cleaning products and mops to clean your room for YOURSELF. Your bedding and linens/sheets should be collected to make your bed and return to utility at end of your stay. Washing machine is provided.
House rules and fines

Damages must be reported immediately and will be paid for by guests.
CCTV cameras are present in communal areas for security and safety purposes
Antisocial behaviours will not be tolerated.
No SMOKING. Anyone found smoking will be fined £50 for first offence and eviction for any subsequent act of smoking

Authorized guests attract a charge of £20-30 per night to cover utility bills with with request and approval given at least 24hours before arrival.

Security deposit will be forfeited wherever any house rules are broken.
NOTE: All fines will be charged to the payment card related to the offender's account.
